Website Development
Project Initiation: If the project has not commenced and you decide to cancel, you are eligible for a full refund.
Initial Phase: If the project is in its initial phase (within the first 30 days) and you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding any costs incurred for initial setup, design, and development work completed.
Completion: No refunds will be issued after the project has been completed and delivered to you.
Digital Marketing
Setup Fees: Setup fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
Monthly Services: For monthly digital marketing services, a prorated refund may be issued if the service is canceled within the first 15 days of the month. No refunds will be provided after the first 15 days.
Campaigns: For one-time marketing campaigns, refunds are not available once the campaign has been executed.
Online Business Solutions
Consultation Fees: Consultation fees are non-refundable.
Subscription Services: If you are subscribed to an ongoing service, you may cancel at any time. A prorated refund will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
Custom Solutions: For custom business solutions, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the work completed and costs incurred.
IT Support and Management
Initial Setup Fees: Setup fees for IT support and management services are non-refundable.
Monthly Management: For ongoing IT management services, a prorated refund may be issued if the service is canceled within the first 15 days of the month. No refunds will be provided after the first 15 days.
One-time Services: Refunds for one-time IT support services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue and the resolution provided.
General Terms
Refund Request: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team at customer.support@nthdimension.in within 30 days of the service delivery date.
Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days after receipt of the request.
Disputes: In case of any disputes, the decision of Nth Dimension's management will be final and binding.
